  • @ericahcah Sorry but that was a friend of mine who did this job for me in the old cooperative warehouse I used to make videos in. I don’t know what emulsion he used for the screen. But any decent emulsion would work for that artwork. Thanks for watching & commenting! ☠

  • Also (tip from printer to printer) try always printing the same size sheet or at least only a few size sheets and have a honeycomb-vaccum-ready pallet for each sheet size, then no careful lining up on that tape i see your using just go and go. Obviously compensate screen lift for this but you can easily feel the edge of a smooth 1/8" sheet of material as your 'registration mark'

  • @Ambrosiation Actually that is not I but a good friend. He has printed graphics and industrial printing for many years. I think much of the way he prints on this press has to do with the press. It’s a very old but reliable Cameo. I think he likes the lower tolerance for the screen. I probably would have used something with more of an edge as well. But I don’t remember how high he built up the tape. It may have had some edge. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

  • No vacuum pallet??

  • @Ambrosiation Yes, there is a vacuum table there. This is an old Cameo press. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

  • @future5929 Please remember, I get asked this type of question very often. While I can help out with how to screen print and where to get equipment and supplies to screen print with, I really cannot help too much with where to get products to print. That is up to you, if I told everyone where I got all of my products, I‘d be hurting myself while building the suppliers businesses for free. I hope you understand. Thanks for your support! ☠

  • @future5929 That really depends on the job and quantity. I don’t have just one supplier for this type of thing. But you can find many distributors online with competitive pricing. Just do a Google search. Thanks for watching and commenting! ☠

  • hello . what ink is being used ?

  • @theollyjohnston It’s an air dry, vinyl solvent based ink. Thanks for watching and commenting! ☠

  • That's an awesome workstation! i have a very little one in my house used only as a hobby but now that i see these stickers, i'm thinking it's time to upgrade it and maybe turn it into a part time job/hobby . One question though , are you using any kind of special ink?

    thanks ;-)

  • @nosoydelciudad It’s actually a Cameo graphic screen printing press. It is semi automatic. It is an older unit but it works very well. Here we are using an air dry vinyl solvent based ink for vinyl stickers. Just use the appropriate ink for the material you are printing on. Thanks for watching and commenting!

  • this maybe a dumb question, but can you screen print tshirts on an semi automatic screen printer?

  • @innercitymixtape Never a dumb question: I never have but I think you could. You might have to put a board in the shirt just in case to prevent any ink going through. It might be good for 1 color all over flat printing. You could print the sleeves and collar with oversized prints. Thank you! Thanks for watching & commenting!

  • i wnat to do this but i dont have a shop or garage... i need to build a garage becuase im not doing it in a shed

  • @touchsmart0 Yes, a shed might just be a bit too small. That would pose some unique problems. Thanks for watching & commenting!

  • Those steel racks are pricey. I found one used for $350, but I got 2 Aluminum ones instead for half the price... Kinda wishing I went with the steel ones now. Thanks for the Video. Always great stuff. 5 star... oh wait. "Like"

  • @chrama1 - Yes, drying racks are very expensive. These were purchased used. Glad you liked the video. Thanks for watching & commenting!

  • Where/How can I get customs iron ons for a digital heat press? Or get mass amounts of them made?

  • @silentsoto

Transferexpress and stals are so far the best prices I've come across

  • @wildekarde - I agree, thanks for the input!

  • @silentsoto - I would agree. Stahls Inc. is a great place to get custom screen printed plastisol heat transfers made for your business. They know what they aare doing and provide an excellent product. Thanks for watching!
