THat was NOT good spotting. The spooters are supposed to throw the weight downwards, not towards his head. The point of spotting is risking ribs instead of a head. He could have easily avoided the invury if the spotters faced the other way and just caught the weight.
that was good spotting, he threw the weight towards his head himself, not on purpose of course but thats the way it was heading, they did their job by catching it in time and lifting it up and not risking anything, not even his ribs, why would u want to risk anything anyways?
