@elsiberiano2006 Well, buffalo sauce is more than butter and a generic hot sauce. try this

1 cup of Franks Red hot.

1 stick of butter

1 tsp of minced garlic or fresh garlic cloves.

1/4 cup of light brown sugar (less or more depending on how sweet you like it), I would recommend starting out with less, you can always add more.

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

And if you feel like being playful, try adding a dash of your best beer.

Just a suggestion.

1. I make my wing sauce with Frank's Red Hot, some Sambal (chili paste), and a little Ghost chili sauce (Dave's Insanity sauce is good). Makes 'em real hot.

2. Always serve them with blue cheese, never Ranch dressing. Anyone from Buffalo would tell you so (I was born there).

3. If your mouth is burning, you need to drink something with fat in it (like whole milk). Capsicum (the hot chemical in the peppers) is fat soluble, so you need fat to counteract it. Water will only move it around.

Paula, I fry them with the flour on and they don't turn to goo when I put them in the sauce (transfer wings to the sauce right from the frying pan, coat, and eat right away for a crispy crunch . I like mine to sit for 10 min to get all the sauce). The recipe I use has cayenne/red pepper, lemon juice, butter, Frank's Red Hot Sauce, and garlic powder. They are to die for, they're not punk hot wings, but for the man who can take some heat in his food. You all come over for some, they're delicious.
