Jade was the first person i told when i found out i was pregnant in September and said she couldn't wait to be 'cool aunty Jade'.
Sadly, she never got to meet my daughter (born 3 weeks ago), so we named her Lily Jade in the hope that she will grow up to be as amazing as the Jade she was named after.
Jade always said 'I love you' to the people she cared about - something alot of us could do more.
