Depends on the cinema, sometimes film booking departments like to change what screen the film is in on a weekly basis to annoy projectionists.

sense when do you transport the whole film spliced together. once its spliced together on the plater it stays there untill its broken apart for shipping

I moved several prints just today. If a movie in a small house is selling out and another in a big house is doing no business, the people in charge try to change the auditoriums to maximize profits.

omg, 4 platters and a holding rack. And yes the Film Transporter would've been so awesome to have. Instead of having ppl running up stairs all the time to help u move prints at the end of the night or between sets. Oh well, I put in my 5 years and I'm outta there :P
