The song makes referrences to drugs, it doesn't mean the subject is drugs P:

I'm pretty sure it is about addiction though, making drugs a nice way of getting the song across, hence the name. Some of the other songs have an addiction theme as well - such as The Obsessive Devotion.

I'm not certain, but because the album is about religions, I'm guess they're about dependancy and obsessions with God and religion.
