i agree. I mean, i can just use a rope from a tree, and thats an antigravity device, because Im defeating gravity. @stargate253 That is right, it does take more energy to keep the IGVs (Levity Discs) on the ground, then to let the Earth push them off the ground. Many onlookers who were curious DID in fact go running for cover. And you are only in danger if you touched the upper or lower shells of the craft (which act like a giant capacitor) which would be INSTANTLY fatal. The IGV obeys the inverse square law, in that the intensity of the Voltage drops off inversely with the square of the distance.

Photometric analysis and shaded pixels for depth (a small madel has no depth). Indicate its size. That being said, there were also 1 meter models built and flown, but non-returnable non-radio control models for demonstration only- up, very fast, and out of sight. Yes, the DEMO:1 21-footer did get off the ground, and was whipped around the Earth and in space MUCH faster than any rocket.

There IS however, 1/2 G onboard gravitation. So onboard a 90-foot manned craft with life-support (no air can come near the IGV at 500,000 to a million Volts, air is evactuated by the negative-charge off the rim), if you weigh 160 Lbs, you only weigh 80 onboard the IGV. @dlwp25 The IGV is controlled by the 64 flight cells between the outer SEG housing wall, and the rim, or flame-barrier. First the load cells inside each flight cell put a load on the SEG by sending out negative charged particles at high velocity into the surrounding space. The more load is placed on the SEG, the faster it runs, and the colder it gets. At 4-Kelvin, the Neodymium layers in the plates and runners of the SEG start superconducting, causing the SEG to pull away from Earth.
@dlwp25 The flight direction is controlled by the flight cells. Normally at zero-degrees, when activated, a flight cell has a relay that rotates it to 90-degrees. Simultaneously, the solenoid in the axis of rotation fires a hard-rubber pin at the SEG trhu a hole in the outer SEG-housing wall, striking the outer set of runners, like touching a gyro, the SEG is forced to assume a downward tilt in that direction. Simultanously, negative charges are not sent thru that rim-needle on that flight cell.

In space, the Biefeld-Brown effect controls the direction and flight angle of the IGV. When in superconductive-state, the IGV has no inertia, and 1/2 G onboard gravity is inside the IGV. Flights that were unannounced in Warminster of the P-5 and P-6 models frightend thousands of townsfolk, and there were mass-meetings called to duiscuss "the WARMINSTER 'THING'". The demonstration flights were given on Sunday, from an open field in Warminster, and later, Berkshirewood. 41 flying models built and tested,1954-1978.

@dlwp25 The magnetic force comes from the magnetised IRON layers of the circular plates and cylindrical runners in the SEG. The Neodymium is chosen because it is the cheapest rare Earth. Progessively lighter elements are laminated as you go out from the Teflon gate-valve layer. THis also forces the electrons to accelerate as they go outward radially, and go in one direction, like a diode. The innermost Nd layer of the inner ring-plate is the positive-pole(+), and the copper layer outside is (-).

@stargate253 Its cheaper to buy in bulk from China. Back in 1946, when the first SEGs were built at British rewinds, financed by the late George Haines, Neodymium was only 25-cents a kilo. It was used chiefly by the glassblowing industry to polish and tint glass. Noone suspected at that time that it could be used to make the most powerful magnets on Earth. When the magnet companies found out in the late 1960s that this was so, the price of Neodymium and all rare-earths shot thru the roof.

THe patented Howard Johnson Permanent Magnet Motor was featured in 1979 in Popular Science magazine. The Perendev and Minato motors have been featured on Youtube. The SEG also started out as a linear motor. All forces act in pairs. The GLASS SEG from 1979 is a good example also, show magnets are GATE PUMPS for ETHER.

Russel was a dreamer, while Reich and Schauberger were hardware people.

Mr. Searl's own description of the electrical discharge from a flying IGV would rule out the possibility of 1960s Ham radio remote control operation. And without GPS, how could ham radio operators have known how to direct the discs around the world? It's a comic book fairy tale.

That is why the overloaded Searl SEG is repelled from the Earth or any mass greater than itself (rim is negative-charged) and any mass less than the SEG is repelled from the rim. Micrometeroids, interstellar hydrogen atoms, cosmic rays, radiation, is eithr repelled, or sucked into the positive center of SEG.

i agree. I mean, i can just use a rope from a tree, and thats an antigravity device, because Im defeating gravity. To me a real antigrav device would take the force, and cause of gravitons themselves, and cancel them out, as if you were in a region of empty space with no large massive bodies therefore no gravity - if you could somehow cancel out gravity then you would have to control the intensity and interaction of the gravitons and your machine, so you dont float off into the atmosphere

@stargate253 That is right, it does take more energy to keep the IGVs (Levity Discs) on the ground, then to let the Earth push them off the ground. Many onlookers who were curious DID in fact go running for cover. And you are only in danger if you touched the upper or lower shells of the craft (which act like a giant capacitor) which would be INSTANTLY fatal. The IGV obeys the inverse square law, in that the intensity of the Voltage drops off inversely with the square of the distance.

@stargate253 No, that disc is 10 foot diameter, and many filmstrips and photos of that model are available. Look at the photo of it on the cover of the DVD: THE JOHN SEARL STORY. Photometric analysis and shaded pixels for depth (a small madel has no depth). Indicate its size. That being said, there were also 1 meter models built and flown, but non-returnable non-radio control models for demonstration only- up, very fast, and out of sight. Locals referred to them as "electrified butterfly nets".

Notice the craft are very bright on top, and like a dark mirror on the bottom. That is a result of the high-energy forcefields surrounding and rotating about the craft. Flight Voltage is somewhere around 10^12 Volts DC, Nominal Voltage of the SEG at idle is approx. 100,000 Volts. No matter the Voltage, current never exceeds 1.5 milliAmperes. @stargate253 There are plenty of photos of those craft under construction on searleffect(dot)com website, I first saw them on the Searl home movies VHS videotape I bought from John Thomas from an ad for the cover article in the Nov/Dec 1993 NEXUS magazine. There are photos of much of the 1950s teams constructing and flying the raft in a feild with a huge control panel. Yes, the DEMO:1 21-footer did get off the ground, and was whipped around the Earth and in space MUCH faster than any rocket.

Yes, all using big, clunky relays and solenoids in each of the 64 flight cells. The craft were VERY heavy. The 10 foot P-11 and P-12 series craft weight four and a half TONS. The last craft built and flown beginning in 1972 (41 unmanned models built and flown from 1954-1978) was 21 feet (7-meters) in diameter, and weighed TWELVE TONS. @stargate253 It does not violate any laws, it adheres to them, but there is no torque, as in a helicopter (which I also fly radio-controlled models of). There is no G-force, there is no inertia. There IS however, 1/2 G onboard gravitation. So onboard a 90-foot manned craft with life-support (no air can come near the IGV at 500,000 to a million Volts, air is evactuated by the negative-charge off the rim), if you weigh 160 Lbs, you only weigh 80 onboard the IGV. No motion can be felt within.

@dlwp25 The IGV is controlled by the 64 flight cells between the outer SEG housing wall, and the rim, or flame-barrier. First the load cells inside each flight cell put a load on the SEG by sending out negative charged particles at high velocity into the surrounding space. The more load is placed on the SEG, the faster it runs, and the colder it gets. At 4-Kelvin, the Neodymium layers in the plates and runners of the SEG start superconducting, causing the SEG to pull away from Earth.

@dlwp25 The flight direction is controlled by the flight cells. Normally at zero-degrees, when activated, a flight cell has a relay that rotates it to 90-degrees. Simultaneously, the solenoid in the axis of rotation fires a hard-rubber pin at the SEG trhu a hole in the outer SEG-housing wall, striking the outer set of runners, like touching a gyro, the SEG is forced to assume a downward tilt in that direction. Simultanously, negative charges are not sent thru that rim-needle on that flight cell.

In space, the Biefeld-Brown effect controls the direction and flight angle of the IGV. When in superconductive-state, the IGV has no inertia, and 1/2 G onboard gravity is inside the IGV. THe slightest push sends it off faster than a howitzer shell. There is no sonic boom because of the bow-wave of electrostatics at the rim, the hull stays COLD. Flight Voltage 10^12Volt

In 1960s and 70s, Warminster became the "UFO CAPITAL OF EUROPE" due to the activities of the SNSRC. There is no angle that you can look at the IGV from and see that shape. I may not know what those people saw but I do know it was definately NOT the IGV.

Professor Searl said back in the 1950s "If it wants to fly (when overloaded), let it fly, so let's give it a body, for control". Which evolved into the Levity Disc, now called IGV. The demonstration flights were given on Sunday, from an open field in Warminster, and later, Berkshirewood. 41 flying models built and tested,1954-1978.

@dlwp25 The magnetic force comes from the magnetised IRON layers of the circular plates and cylindrical runners in the SEG. The Neodymium is chosen because it is the cheapest rare Earth. Progessively lighter elements are laminated as you go out from the Teflon gate-valve layer. THis also forces the electrons to accelerate as they go outward radially, and go in one direction, like a diode. The innermost Nd layer of the inner ring-plate is the positive-pole(+), and the copper layer outside is (-).

@stargate253 Its cheaper to buy in bulk from China. Back in 1946, when the first SEGs were built at British rewinds, financed by the late George Haines, Neodymium was only 25-cents a kilo. It was used chiefly by the glassblowing industry to polish and tint glass. Noone suspected at that time that it could be used to make the most powerful magnets on Earth. When the magnet companies found out in the late 1960s that this was so, the price of Neodymium and all rare-earths shot thru the roof.

They call them TACHYON converters in Europe (because they convert the random ultramundane particles that are the ether, which travels much faster than light). @stargate253 Many permanent magnet motor designs exist that are successful. Manyh have replicated them successfully, and some of these successful replications are posted on YouTube. THe patented Howard Johnson Permanent Magnet Motor was featured in 1979 in Popular Science magazine. The Perendev and Minato motors have been featured on Youtube. The SEG also started out as a linear motor. All forces act in pairs. The GLASS SEG from 1979 is a good example also, show magnets are GATE PUMPS for ETHER.

I have some of that BBC footage on VHS since 1994, and some of it is on YouTube. You do no t know Professor Searl. I know him and work with him. The technology is quite real. It has helped many peole, lik Gordon Goodfellow, who would be dead without the SEG. THe SEG can solve all our energy and pollution problems. A youtuber sent me videos he had done of tests with Biefeld Brown saucers encased in resin blocks. THe discs fly backwards. A vehicle so propelled is shielded from inertia, including everything inside within the field (this has been seen in UFOs since the 1940s), and the speed of light should not be a barrier to a gravitationally (artificial gravity) propelled vehicle. Second, if a little asymmetric capacitor and a few thousand volts is enough to alter gravity, why isn't my monitor flying off my desk? To achieve reverse gravity, one would need to come up with a negative mass. Negative mass has never been observed in nature. Even Dirac's anti-matter is considered to have positive mass.

Hooper, who invented two artificial gravity field generators using the B x V field (1968). @Beamshipcaptain Hooper's experiments with the BxV field were fascinating, but his theories linking the field to gravity never received much support. Einstein pursued a classical field theory linking gravity to electromagnetism, drawing inspiration from Kaluza's 5-d space-time, but his conclusions, expressed in that 1929 paper, are not embraced by the mainstream of the physics community today. In fact, no single theory linking G to EM has received widespread acceptance. Perhaps there is no link.

Other things he believes sound like they come directly out of a matinee sci fi movie serial. As for an energy, Bearden proposes the strangest, non-sequitor physical theory of work, energy and 'not - energy' I have ever heard. He raves about quaternions but knows very little about them. Russel was a dreamer, while Reich and Schauberger were hardware people.

This is evidenced by the fact that no one has ever been able to reproduce his alleged flying water pot. The same can be said of Searl. But in his case, we are further supported by the fact that he himself can not reproduce the effect. Carr was different in that he eventually went to jail for fraud. Electro-gravity, a topic which became popular in the 50's and 60's, has gone bust.

@stargate153 Again, the Searl Effect Generators, or SEGs are well documented, and required a team of engineers and laborers to build and fly, and a network of Ham radio operators around the world who controlled them on 12 meter band. A numerical code was reqired to turn the levity discs (IGVs) in flight. Gordon Goodfellow would have died without the SEG. He later joined the team. Shinichi Seiki gave the SEG its name in 1972. It was a very long and cumbersome name before that.

I also remember him trying to explain the tilted attitude of a disc hovering just over Mr. Searl's shoulder in a popular photograph from the perspective of vector fields in relation to the magnetic field of the earth. It's sad that the photo was not genuine. It would have given his theory more credibility.

And the photos of the P-11 taken in rapid succession have been made into a filmstrip animation on PESwiki, so you can see the hovering VTOL movement of the model with the flight cells opening and closing and see the model's reaction and change in attitude with the operation of the 64 flight cells, operated in quadrants of 16 (64 channels of operation for the 64 flight cells). P-series IGVs were 10 to 14 feet in diameter, weighed 4.5 tons.

@Beamshipcaptain When independent investigators tried to corroborate the stories of those '41 IGVs built and flown', they indeed found evidence that some folks built stuff, but the flying part was glaringly absent. Mr. Searl's own description of the electrical discharge from a flying IGV would rule out the possibility of 1960s Ham radio remote control operation. And without GPS, how could ham radio operators have known how to direct the discs around the world? It's a comic book fairy tale.

Taske the time to learn about the SEG, and the IGVs and how they control the SEG for flight. THat is my specialty, and my job by appointment of Professor Searl since 2007.
