This video is just a rough representation of an atom like the pictures I had in my 7th grade chemistry book. Cloud sounds interesting though! Especially the new volumetrics features that are coming to Blender will give interesting opportunities. Maybe you should try it out as you have a good idea already :)
Can't Blender do cloud? Those two electrons move like they have some kind of orbit like planets ... odd to me
