Thanks for your outlook on our acceptances of our bodies as they are...I've struggled with my weight for many years, now being disabled and unable to exercise makes it even more difficult..I'm become an artist in the last 6 yrs after going on disability showing it's never too late, and by the Grace of God who actually opened this new chapter of my life...at 68 I'm having a ball...love ya!!! This is so wonderful! I really listen to what you have to say and I am so inspired!!! This one is especially great because, especially in the U.S. we seem to be so hung up on physical "perfection". Whatever the h_ll that is...we hurt ourselves alot trying to reach unrealistic standards of beauty, when if we would just look with our hearts we would realize that we are all beautiful. I am letting my gray hair grow out (who knows how long that will last) trying to be more accepting of myself...

I acctually liked the black, swirlyies -- it was the stuff on the left that didn't fit. But it all turned out in the end. Sometimes it is SO hard to make those decisions; and sometimes your hand just moves - eh?
