@Desicionoflife someone's done that before. Theres a vid on here where a guy said he was going to give away a cnr to a first person who came to get it. a ton of people showed up in pods and he smart bombed them all. his sec status went from 5.0 to -10. then he got concorded.

At least scorp gets ECM which is useful in fleets. Or load it with extenders and rainbow resists and be gatecamp busting bait! scorp pvp ftw- mostly cuz its cheap :)
