@darkblueball85 it's been so long I forgot how to learn this trick... it's pretty hard, though -- you need to get 3 ball version down then just break the pattern down into small bits and repeat each one until it is in your muscle memory.Think 'left' for 3 throws then 'right' for three throws when you start to run the pattern too because it's difficult to throw the 4th ball in the correct direction (due to already knowing the normal mills mess).
