@nwojunkie There aren't that many differences between the two. The main differences are: (1) Catsup is a little spicier than Ketchup; and (2) Ketchup is found and used almost worldwide while Catsup can only be found in Mexico, Latin America, and parts of the US.

Point of my message from earlier is that it shouldn't take you as long as it's taking Mr. Burns to determine whether to purchase Ketchup or Catsup.
