  • wow you have like a collection of Ramsey's kits! I envy you!

  • @DJelectfire I don't have all of them but most of the smaller ones...

  • get a higher powered lazr

  • @freestylefilmsinc I did get one but have not hooked it up yet...

  • They look like 360-size Johnson motors. What other kinds of stuff do you do with motors of the D.C. variety?

  • Well Ihave several videos of building DC motors from kits. Search my videos for DC or MOTOR... Bill

  • next time try useing a warped cds ....ull get more of the effect u were lookin 4...

  • Great idea! I plan on getting this one back out after the holidays. I'll be experimenting around. I'll get a bigger speaker and the CD is a great idea! Be Well... Bill

  • use an amplifier and use an output for the motor

  • I think your idea is the best one for modifying the display. Doing what you recommend will actually modulate the shapes of the projection which would be really cool. I am going to revisit this project soon and will try to do this! Great idea. Be Well... Bill

  • thanx i did try this trick.

  • I understand exactly. I will try that. Did you build this and do that to get the speaker modulation?

    Bill

  • try to make a amplifyer and put the motor on the output, so you can turn the volume up, and then make the mirror turned, so it is tipped to one side, the turn the volume up, and see... i havent made one, but i have played with motors...

  • try setting the motor direct to the speaker out instead of the speaker.... hope you understand

  • BTW - I am going to be building a ton of electronic projects this winter. Bill
