Something about the way he plays makes me think he has never sat down at a drumset before. He plays like he was in a marching band in school, which isn't to say it's without skill, quite the opposite, but that he approaches it like a parade drummer. Right down to the traditional grip and the semi circular layout of the drums.

But yeah the thing I wanted to say about this guy is that he catalyzed a epiphany that all these street performers are tuned into the rhythm of their environment subject to being their daily. This was probably the 20+ street performance video I've seen today. It's a realization that we do resonate and vibrate with our environment.

If I'm not mistaken, this guys name is Rick Rude. He's incredible!!!! My dad jammed with him on the street. He just walked up, asked to play and did an INCREDIBLE drum ensemble for about 10 minutes. It was one of the best 10 minuets of my life.
