The Two Satoris in Photoshop

how do you get your colours to blend so weeeeeeell? or rather, what do you use to blur. That's like, my biggest problem is PS D;

@awesometaco12 My colours never blend properly. Sometimes it's just because of soft brush and colours I use, sometimes I just use the blur tool like if my life depended on it. Yeah....

You won't progress in an hour. To be on my current level, it took be roughly 8-10 years and I still need to improve a lot... :/ Just... Just never give up, ok?

I want Photoshop so freaking badly!! Luckily I might get it for Christmas. ^-^

BTW, how do you erase the color around the areas you don't want it so perfectly?

Considering Photoshop has layers, it's not that hard.

Yea, I'm aware of the layers, I just don't see how they allow you to do that erasing.

When the lineart's on the highest layer, I just erase along the lines. I usually get bigger eraser to erase the bigger unwanted areas and then perfect it with a smaller one. Sometimes it actually takes longer than shading o_O

Oh, now I see how you do that. And yes, that can take a awhile. I'd imagine it does anyway.

GUESS WHAT?!! The day I commented my dad found a Photoshop 7 installation disk in our basement!! So far I like it better than MS Paint
