Mirror in bathroom over basin is too ornate and distracts from the room, the painting frames there are ok, though.

Too big sofa set; could be smaller or have less seating.

Note that this is the model of a Studio Apartment efficiency -to have the kitchen in the living room is so gauche, but all thoes born after 1990 won't realise this.

dining chairs are too big -it would be better with a more compact and with a bigger tabletop; looks a bit like a furniture store.

I dine there  quite frequently at their wonderful resturant. but that APT has to be the most BORING un imaginative cold near dead atmosphere I have ever seen. The advantage of the views would inspire one to JUMP from the window rather than live in that cold sterile atmopsphere, which was designed for someone with the personality of a YUPPIE SQUID. who ever lived there must be a VERY un happy person .
