  • Your back tucks looked just like mine.

  • not to be rude, but your only problem is that you need to actually jump, think about pulling your chest up when you jump and when you reach the top (youre gonna feel like your about to fall) and then pull the tuck. and what also help me get that extra rotation was pulling on the back of my thighs when i went for the tuck. and then hold the tuck position until the end. i can see from the comments people already gave you a bunch of tipss, so hopefully they help and so does this onee!

  • try riding up more then flipping.

  • Just jump straight up and pull your knees to your chest. Also, make sure you don't let go so early. Hold on until you land. So, remember, jump STRAIGHT UP and TUCK. PULL hard and fast.

  • It looks to me like your not jumping high enough, I think you need to crouch farther down and spring up higher, and you should be good, but I couldn't say, I'm yet to build up the courage to try this...

  • your knees will continue to make love to the mat if you do not finish your rotation.... when i teach tucks i recommend not letting go until you have landed so you will get accustomed to finishing your rotation

  • You got to think UP not back and jump higher your cutting yourself off your trying to turn a little to soon let yourself get a little bit more height before you tuck your legs thats what spotting in front of you does allows you to measure when to tuck.

  • jump UP not back, gain height - you'll have more time in the air to land it. To do this (and this will help your tuck too) just practice jumping STRAIGHT UP and using your arms swinging to gain height in your jump. Right now your arms are stopping short cos you're overeager to tuck and you're losing considerable height as well as a potentially much more powerful tuck if you ripped your arms and legs in from a fully extended body posture.
