@johnnytheprick there is a lot of skill involved in poker and anyone who says otherwise is a fool. poker pros play the tournaments because of the prestige (deserved or not) of the wsop bracelets and the fact that they are likely to make money more easily as lots of bad players flock to the wsop ME. Many of them specialise in cash games where luck evens out over time and there is next to no luck involved long term. In a single tournament luck matters a lot but not over a career.

@SurvivingTheHorizon: I think the reason it was allowed was because he did it all in one continuous motion of a call. Even though his cards were shown before he said the actual words... the sentence and body movement were continuous and not a string nor a separation between the motion and the call. Hope that helps.
