I didn't play TNM, but i played alpha version of DX2027 (and i was the one to write English review, you can chekc it on offical site). Don't get me wrong, i admit that TNM is amazing modification (and better than Redsun or even Zodiac).

Hey Qrrs, I'm afraid the mod isn't released yet. It'll hopefully be done right around the beginning of next year, we're working as hard and fast as we can to fix all the bugs and finish the last voice acting : )

Once we're done, all you'll need to run it is Deus Ex with the latest patch (1.112fm).

Clearly we can't live up to Deus Ex. No game has really beat it yet, so the thought of 20 amateurs beating it in their free time is kinda kooky.

But you may still want to hold out on judging the mod until you've played it, eh?

ive played it. i have most mods that exist.

Deus ex 1 is the best yet.

Deus ex 2 is the second best, compared to other games, and HORRIBLE compared to dx 1

Deus ex 3 will be the best. it is a remake of the times in DX1 and has perfect graphics, and is created by THE SAME people that made deus ex 1

I'll agree with your opinion on Deus Ex 2.

Deus Ex 3 is being developed by Eidos Montreal which is not the same people that made Deus Ex 1 because that studio has been shut down and its employees scattered every which way (many are at Spector's new studio, Junction Point).

Note, however, that Deus Ex 2 WAS created by the same people who made DX1.

Dues Ex Invisible war was a dumbed down for the console tards, it had potential but failed miserabley. goes to show that just cause a developer is a good one, doesn't mean they won't sell out to the console.

Ow well, perhaps we will never get a RPG FPS ever as good as the first Deus Ex, maybe Deus Ex 3 will break the trend of crappy games.

Worry not, we've worked a lot on our voice acting process since this trailer was created, and like I said, only Shaina's lines are still in the actual mod (and they'll be reprocessed before we implement them). We're pretty much only using professionals and semi-professionals with professional equipment now, and we've hooked up with a great sound studio called Brand X who handle all the audio processing : )

'Fraid not, but last I heard they trying out some new ideas. Don't expect any progress any time soon though - I'm just looking forward to the weapons being done, because we can't really use the HDTP characters in TNM, but we can sure use the weapons!

Hahah Troj, it's a modification for the original Deus Ex, it's not gonna work on any consoles. The only console DX was ever released on is PS2 which doesn't support mods.

We don't have a release date yet but if TNM isn't out before next summer we will all be extremely surprised. All that's left is the endgame cinematics and loads of testing and voice recording : )

I'm sorry you can't. It's still in internal alpha. It's currently playable from start to finish in both storylines, but we have a lot of bugs to fix and we still need to create the intro and endgame cinematics and finish and plug in the dialogue.

You can buy DX via Steam, but it's highly unlikely to support TNM unless we can convince Valve to help us out. And while we are definitely going to try, you probably shouldn't count on that.
