I think the ending is too abrupt, it lacks a serious conclusion, with untidyed character leftovers.

other than the MC Ciel, EVERYONE else seems to be lacking development. those characters' comic effect and quick flash backs from earlier episodes proved to be unncecessary in the end.

what i really don't like about the show is how it tries to mystify the antagonists the entire time and then just them cut off with a lame power lusting as excuse.
