@thegamechiken Terror mode is unlocked after you beat the game. The original pistol starts off with ironsights and 15 rounds. Once you beat the game, you should have full completion up to every difficulty except for terror, so you level up your weapons a bit.

watching this video you can really see some of the similarities to the game Rocksteady developed next, the now acclaimed Arkham Asylum. Integrating the NPCs into the action and the slow motion animatiosn are really similar. Looks like a great game.

the music is great, and the fact that i can still here the game is awesome. its not that long, skip the cut scenes maybe and voice over would be good, but your very detailed which helps alot so keep the length

It's an unlockable difficulty. It's the highest difficulty level and allows you to get an extra 70 medals. You can cheat for it, but this walkthrough is a legit playthrough after unlocking everything on elite difficulty.

It's bizarre that these are the same people who made Arkham Asylum. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't look bad, it just looks...low rent. Like the kind of game you might find in a bargain bin not too long after release. Even the name sounds hokey. Weird that they almost immediately started development on a AAA title after this.
