Thanks to Dr. Ignarro for his important discovery of L-Arginine. Thanks to Dr. Ann de wees Allen, world renowned L-Arginine researcher who formulated and patented ARG Matrix that contains Clinically Proven Levels of safe L-Arginine with 25 years with no negative side effects
NO Improves Circulation Blood vessels use NO to signal the surrounding smooth muscle to relax, thus dilating the arteries, increasing blood flow, and maintaining normal blood pressure. These blood vessels deliver oxygen and nutrients to, as well as remove waste products from, every cell in your body.
Arginine Safety The Council for Responsible Nutrition has determined that the amino acid L-arginine is safe in doses up to 20 grams/day. The April 2008 issue of Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology details this research.
Citrulline in Watermelon Proven to Increase NO
A USDA funded study at the Texas A&M University has demonstrated that watermelon contains the amino acid citrulline which is converted into arginine and produces Nitric Oxide in the body.
the only line endorsed and produced under direct Dr. Ignarro's supervision is Herbalife Nite Works - Which is also bear by Dr. Ignarro signature. To learn more about incredible Herbalife production line email to velija@comcast.net
I'm currently using two NO products named, SuperPump 250 and Pasmajet by Gaspari Nutrition it has arginine, citrulline etc. I do not know if you are familiar with these products..ARE THEY SAFE? And are there any LONG TERM side effects that come with it?

I think I like the idea of NO (thru L-Arginine, plus probiotic coQ10, in the formulation) as healthy drink. It work so well for myself, my dad n my mom who had a cardiovascular disease 15 years ago n took LiveXtra on-n-off. she condition improved n is still improving.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
What are we to believe? Yes, it might be true that NO is benefical to the cardiovascular system yet there have been studies that implictae increased NO levels in mitochondrial/neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, MS etc. It seems that when the natural balance is disrupted disease is the result.
lol It's that you don't know anything at all about anything, there are no links between the diseases you mention and a surplus of no, on the contrary, there are massive piles of evidence, all showing that additional no is beneficial to the cardiovascular system.
"Nitric Oxide, mitrochondria and neurological disease." Pubmed-Medline. Search this on Google and you'll find it, and many more. Wikipedia also mentions what high levels of NO can be implicated in.
I didn't say that NO wasn't beneficial to the CV system - I'm talking about mitrochondrial disease.
Now you are using your head. We know enough about NO to be dangerous.
NO does seem to increase under a variety of conditions, those conditions do not have to be neurological. Depending where you look NO can be found and its not clear that its a good thing. Just a chemical marker that some damage is occurring. I would say its way to early to be selling vitamins to boost NO. Money and medicine do not mix.
becuase u take it in extra amounts... same with testosterone... the amount ur body needs is produced natuarally n safely WITHOUT side effect (gynecomastia, small testicles, hair loss due to DHT, etc...)
NO produced by body is safe n natural...taking through pill form has its long term side effects unless prescribed by a doctor for certain conditions like CHF, Hypertension, athesclerotic plaque, etc....
I think BSN and PvL make the best N.O supplements. For example BSN's N.O Xplode/Nitrix for PVL NoX Stac. If those don't get your blood moving, not sure what will.
My question is this in what form would you recommend one take Nitric Oxide.. pills or powder mix drink ?.. How would you rate the bodybuilding/ fitness N.O. supplements currently on the market ?...can you endorse a particular N.O. product ? Thank You for this wonderful information.
NO is not available in pills or powder because it is a gas. Arginine and Citrulline, however, are available in pills and powders, and are the precursor amino acids for the production of NO.
Arginine softgels are the same as the powder but they come in gelatin capsules. You can open the gelatin capsules to produce the powder if you prefer.
Dr. Ignarro endorses the product he formulated, Niteworks which is sold through Herbalife distributors.
You do not need this at this age. Your body is towards its peak in NO production.
Only take NO when you're 1) Older, 2) You're a professional bodybuilder and you're looking for that extra pump for the next competition. So eat healthy, and always go natural. All I can leave you with is: easy come easy go and no pain no gain.
take a look "Possible increases in risk of death from heart disease
A clinical trial found that patients taking an L-arginine supplement following a heart attack didn't improve in their vascular tone or their hearts' ability to pump. In fact, more patients died who were taking L-arginine than placebo and the study was stopped early with the recommendation the supplement not be used by heart attack patients. what is this mean!?! that nitric oxide kills you? is it ok for a 15 years old?
Nitric Oxide is safe and does not kill you. Arginine is in almost every food you eat and your body produces NO every singly day whether you like it or not.
Ever go for a run? You got an NO boost. Ever eat some cashews or a steak? You got an NO boost.
It is true that in a single study it was demonstrated that after having a heart attack it may not be beneficial to take arginine. Studies relating to before a heart attack show other results.
Yes, it is very important to take both Arginine and Citrulline. Citrulline recycles into Arginine and enhances the NO production significantly. This is one of the key points in Dr. Ignarro's book NO More Heart Disease.
NO is safe for all people. It occurs naturally in the body and Arginine is safe up to 10g/day. A teenager doesn't need anywhere near this much, though. Try 500mg/day if you are a young teen, but 16+ you can easily handle 1000mg/day of Arginine.

You cant take it in a pill..... NITRIX lol?
AkioA5AkurA 2 years ago
NITRIX basically promotes the formation of NO, atleast dis is what BSN claims, so technically 'NITRIX is NOT NO in a pill'
