The features are a bit small on his face I think, though I'm nto sure since I've never actually examined his face that closely. I love how you really incorporated soft shading, however it might strengthen your drawing if you use higher tones (press darker) to create more contrast. Also it might be more interesting to pick a different perspective, although I know how hard it is to draw a head facing forward T_T Love the music and great job on the portrait anyhow! I'm sure he appreciates it ;D

@SonicKyuubi Anyway, it's not timelapse. Timelapse is a cinematography technique where each film frame is captured at a rate much slower than it will be played back. Then played back at normal speed, time appears to be moving much faster.
