LA Sheriff beat a black probation officer in California

Most of the dpo's in l.a county probation department are black. i have applied for probation department for the past 6 years, always ended up in band 1, but never got called. they only have black people i guess.

And.... He was the one that invited me back on many occasions to talk to the kids later down the road. I always came when I was invited and hopefully it helped the kids there. Maybe, maybe not.... Although I know that CMYC is way different now then it was then with all of the YA kids there now..... I guess it is what it is.

He was a DPO1 when I was a ward at Camp Scobee in 98-99. I am white and was not exactly a good kid. However, I recieved the most support from mainly the black officers there. Mr. Young, Mr. Hamler, and Mr. Ayers to name the 3 that really stick out in my mind.

But Mr. Young was the one that always went out of his way to help this little white kid turn his life around for the better.

I personally know this probation officer, he's a former gang member himself. He's lazy, calls in sick all the time, never gets his work done, and argues with supervisors over everything . He claims RACISM though most of his Supervisors ARE ALL BLACK (shows his motive). Although he did manage to get this job he wants everything handed to him and I GUARANTEE this is another one of his "get out of jail" free scams. Come on Brotha' give it up already!!!! Thats why i want to move out of big city living and move to some small populated town where there is like, 1 Sheriff and 2 Deputies and they all know who everyone is and let you go every time you get pulled over cause they know you. The LA county Sheriff are assholes. This is a long standing fact. They are actually worse than PD. I used to live in Palmdale and everytime i talk to my dad (a peace officer) he says there are still alot of dickheads running around. They could care less if you are a fellow peace officer. But thats what happens when a deparment has low standards for thier officers and they will take any racist(esp the black and brown ones), sexist, dickhead out there. Bunch of pussies.
