  • Good for you Erin, if only people would override their habit of staring when something like that happens! While it's natural to be curious about something unusual, people should be well aware of epilepsy these days, there's enough info out there! I remember going into town shopping about a year ago & this guy had a seizure & was with carers. People kept going up to the carers while they were trying to take care of him & they obviously needed to be left alone to help him! People can be so dense!

  • Wooo Erin! It's Sama :)

  • People used to define me because of having absence seixures and because of having ADHD....not cool at all....I am also the one everyone knows in school as accident prone because I will suddenly be out of it for a phew seconds and injure myself...I can't tell you how many times I have broken or sprained something....I have also had 5 concussions...my last was when I spaced out during a swing dance trick...I fell and hit my head on the floor... :/ sux.....

  • I started having seizures in 6th grade and have been on medication since 9th grade when i was finally diagnosed. I am also 16 and i have been doing well and i refuse to let it control my life

  • Way to go, Erin. Don't give up on yourself; or standing tall about educating people about epilepsy.
