when i want to turn off my macbook pro, I just press power on/off button and then Return. Thats still 2 buttons. Your way I would have to press 4 buttons. But nonetheless, nice video. Now i know how to restart my macbook quickly. thanks!

Actually, pressing the Power Button and Return or Enter is faster. The Shutdown button is the default, so, pressing Return/Enter selects it.

Another way to put it to sleep is by pressing and holding the play button on apple remote.

If you hold down the alt key while clicking on Sleep, Restart, Shutdown and Logout, it doesn't prompt you with any question.

BS a thousand times, and it's Mac, not MAC (Mac is not an acronym, it's short for Macintosh). On a "Mac", most users use shortcut key commands because it's easier to do on a Mac. The finger ergonomics are much easier to use as opposed to a Windows PC. That's all... using key commands is by far, easier and quicker than using a mouse.
