@touge242 That is true, especially here in California. However, I take December off from racing and don't do any big events between Nov-Feb. A little over a week before I start my 5 100-milers in 6 months. Woo hoo!!!

@thr3ee It's tougher out here in montana when the mountains get 6 feet of snow in the winter and I get stuck running only the popular trails that get compacted. Damn I love my mountains though.

@touge242 I'll be doing Bighorn as well. I did it 2 years ago on the altered course. I'm hoping to check out the normal route this year and give it a better time as I had to limp the last 5 miles last year after straining my Achilles. Great race. Absolutely beautiful!
