  • its not that hard. I started off doing 10 now i can do 31. Its progress overtime if you cant do at least 10 try to cheat kneel and put the focous on the triceps. You can also try doing tricep kickbacks. in a few weeks depending on how fit you are you will do a craplaod of reps. I have problems building back and shoulders. everything else is easy. form is everything and it will give you gains

  • this is called sphinx pushups. i can do this 30 reps in a row anytime anywhere. i can do do up to 50 if i really try.
