Anyway, this is just propaganda that was pushed onto kids. There's nothing criminal about using drugs, in and of itself. It just depends on what you do to obtain enough money in order to afford it. It's only a crime insofar as you can get punished by the feds for using certain ones. But alcohol, cigarettes(which can contain tar and paste), tobacco and cigars are more harmful than certain "illegal" drugs, yet they're legal? GTFO! Freedom is an illusion.

does anyone remmember a d.a.r.e cartoon called "The Land of Decisions and Choices?" it was about these kids going to school,untill the d.a.r.e officer's dog comes out,and takes there d.a.r.e worksheets. so they follow the dog to a creepy woods area.then they show these two guys in a van,saying "look,new customers,they must be 10,or 11".then they put costumes on.one's a rabbit,the other is a bee,and they try to push drugs on these kids.just want to get blazed with it! :D

Minor Threat and other straight-edge bands probably did more to keep kids off drugs than McGruff the crime hound did. Even if the PSAs were actually kind of catchy, the straight-edge movement makes it cool and hardcore to say no to drugs. (Interesting to note, Minor Threat actually did make a PSA with The Partnership for a Drug-Free America about being straight-edge.)
