My scholarship couldn't pay for my classes this year because for the last 6 years they have been paying for illegal immigrants who cant even get jobs with their degrees. They take our jobs, lower our wages, and frankly they are felons. Our economy issues are, in part, due to loans that were offered to illegal immigrants. Unfortunately because I lived in such a poor neighborhood, more than 50% of the kids that I went to school with are Illegal. I knew their families, I knew they were illegal. The scholarship foundation required that students must apply for other scholarships and financial aid. Illegals did not have to go through the trouble of applying for either financial aid or scholarships because they could not get them. The scholarship foundation had to foot the total bill for more than 50% of the kids that went to college when they should only have had to pay 100s of dollars instead of 1000s.

The protest was in a public place. Legally there is no copyright protection if you are filmed in a public area. Repeat if you are in a public area, and you are filmed then you have no "right of privacy". However, if there is some commercial value associated with the use of your image you may have civil recourse.
