oh, 2:26 the picture is apparently of a girl called Jane Churm. It's believed she caused a fire in the same building in 1677 by dropping a candle. The fire in the photo was 1995. The building is like 20 minutes away from where I live. I remember my mom talking about this picture when I was a kid--freaked me out.
