If we viewed this reality as an illusion, why can't we fly without tools? Why can't we manifest food instantly? Why can't we de-manifest the body at will? This is possible in the dream state. Why is this not possible in the "awake" state? What is truly limiting us from existing beyond physicality? Surely death is not the only way to exist beyond the physical.

If someone were to start a mystery school, they would be criticized. People would ask them, if we are spirit, why are we unable to perceive or exist beyond the physical in this moment? While I respect higher knowledge, I have yet to find anything that allows us to "become more" in a practical sense. Where are the applications of this knowledge aside from enhancing your everyday "normal" life?

Yet after knowing this, do you all still go to work? Why? What is the purpose of wisdom, or knowing, if change is unnoticeable?

@onsaphi that is the point.the first principle,"ALL IS MIND,THE UNIVERSE IS MENTAL"once you understand that all is mind you will be able to put your mind to the mind of things,if you want to improve yourself you have to .....IMPROVE YOURSELF,that is what the ancients called mental transmutation,the changing of one mindset to another,a change on the mental plane will automatically change the physical/material plane,read the kybalion my brother.
