@armircoviello follow the train tracks along the rocks once you enter the area, the artillery guns WILL fire at you, once you find the tunnel entrance, enter the door to the right BUT you need 100 lock pick to get in.

Lol. I paid 300 caps for the information, but I didn't even use it. I just ran straight towards the gate staying close to the hills/mountains and then I ran along the fence till I reached the gate. Then I went back after I completed my quest there, and collected 600 caps. Basically, I bought the info but didn't even use it, I just winged it and lived.

That was awesome. Oh, though I wonder if you can do his loyalty quest. You have to kill a bunch of legion though in order to be able to do it and it may make it impossible to return to the fort. Though then again I've not seen it all.
