  • All this discussion, and not one mention of the naked woman shown at 1:24. Disgusting.

Alwinplug, Christians ARE called to judge: Joh 7:24.

Andiroo42, the punishment is eternal because not all people are children of God: Joh 10:26, Rom 9:6-21.

Disagree? Great. Show me where I'm wrong FROM SCRIPTURE, not your opinions.

For more info see youtube channel of 'sovredeemer'.

  • I love the way the Lord use you all to reach so many, I love the Lord, he made me listen to your songs and his words, I'm so Blessed to have listen to your melodies, Thank you LOrd, Thank Guys, Glory to Our King !!!!!!!!!! I'm crying with so much emotion of blessings in my heart !!!! Alellujah

  • The punishment is eternal, not the punishing. What kind of human father would beat their child forever for disobedience. Why would we think the god of the universe is worse than any human?

  • @ChildtotheKing "I can very well see who will go to hell or not from what I saw here, and goeman will if he does not change his way." -> gee...first you'll have to prove there is a hell/heaven, a soul, and a christian god (and disprove zeus, allah, vishnu, odin, ra, etc).

" I am saddened to hear you say that." -> i'm saddened people believe other people who don't accept a certain imaginary deity and repent for "sins" (such as stealing...ie, a kinfe from a murderer), deserve eternal torture.

  • @ChildtotheKing Many of the things SkarlettDawn wrote were absolutely correct and I agree with them completely. However as the discussion continued she let herself be drawn into goemon's way of discussing. In Matthew 7:1 and further we are clearly called on not to judge. God is the one who may do that. We are called to warn people, but "you'll talk differently when you're in hell" is not the godly way to warn people. Skarlett let her anger cloud the conversation and that in my eyes was wrong.

  • @SkarlettDawn Although I understand some of your reactions many of them are far from being christian and are not what I intended when placing this video. If you want to continue your discussion please do so somwehere else. If you want to listen to Psalm 23 as sung by Sons of Korah, please do so here.

If you continue your discussion with goemon9378 please remember what Jesus said "Judge not". It is not up to us to decide who will end up in hell or not, please leave that to God.

  • Hello goemon9378 and SkarlettDawn,

I added this video to YouTube because I believe this Psalm shows how much God loves us and cares for us. This Psalm means alot to me and many other people all over the world.

@goemon9378 I do not want to force my beliefs on you and believe it is your right to choose against the God I believe in. If you want to advocate this, please find another place to do this. I am sure there are many other places for this.

    @SkarlettDawn See my next reaction

  • And I am not trying to give evidence...I am not a scientist and cannot prove anything. I can just share my experience.

...thanks for the credit anyway,,it's true, it's been a rought ride at times...

  • I think it is part of a responsible life not to allow anyone to tell me which way to approach God and h ow to find Him.

The Hindus believe in a world teacher within each one of us, the jagad guru. It this instance inside that leads the way to god.

Now this applies only to me. Take what you need and leave the rest :)

  • @goemon9378 if you think this way then you misunderstood God. I would not want to believe in such a god either. But rather than rejecting your own mistaken concept, go search Him in your heart and you will find peace. He will not ask you to reject logic or science or independent thinking or tolerance, on the contrary, He gave you all of these.

  • @nevernohijab which god are you talking about?

  • @goemon9378 I am talking about the God each one finds in his or her heart.

I once was a fierce atheist. I almost died from drug addiction. In AA they told me that noone had ever seen god or had any greater authority to define a concept of god for my life than I. If I had not been in such a desperate situation, I would have told these people off. but I had little choice. I recovered by surrendering to a god of love. That was 30 years ago. I owe this act my life.

  • @nevernohijab so it's the made up one in your head?

sounds like you had a rough time, if you needed to find a cause to recover that's great. but personal testimony doesn't give any more evidence for one god or another, rather it shows what humans are capable of maybe you should give yourself more credit?

and it doesn't take belief in a god to recover from drugs, AA has always been brainwashing people into believing that if you don't accept a god you'll die from drugs.

  • @goemon9378 maybe it's made up in my head, but if it is, this illlusion has greatly improved my life.

Just as I said: if you insist on scepticism, it's probably the right thing for you.

And one more thing: I haven't met ONE recovered drug addict who just became clean by psychological therapy.

  • I am sad for you that your experience has made you so negative about a wonderful and loving God. He has always given us every oppurtunity to make our own choices, from the moment he created heaven and earth. He has never asked us to ignore any part of his creation and does not condone immoral acts, including the immoral acts of false preachers who use God's name for their own advantage. As to hating, he has in fact said the opposite "Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you."

  • @Alwinplug Amen

  • NOTHING compares to the WORD OF GOD!!! Especially put to music. I also like the Irish sounding version with the flute from Jason Coghill's Songs Of Deliverance album. But his latest Psalms CD "Peace & War" is my favorite by far. See Ministry Of Psalms website.
