merlin196 : You cant tell by this video, but was your version (running on dos box) running at a crap frame rate? Not so crap that it was unplayable but alot worse than most neo geo games. it runs at about 18-20fps id say. Or is it just the port?

@xkilla999 Yes there is a 2 player mode. The problem is though I can't get that mode to work when playing the game using Dosbox. Not sure if it's possible.

@VideoQuestEx Because Viccom gained experience after practicing game development with Fight Fever. If Viccom spent more time developing Fight Fever, it probably would have been as good as (if not better than) The Eye of Typhoon, while The Eye of Typhoon would probably be nearly twice as good, while possibly be released worldwide. It worked for Visco in spending more work time before releasing Breakers in 1996, instead of 1993/1994 as Tenrin no Syo Chicago/Crystal Legacy.

Has anyone figured how to play as 2nd player, or how to change anything in main menu?

That's a good question NGboo and one I've been wondering about too. Someone told me they managed to get it into 'team mode' by pressing some keys randomly on their keyboard. I've never been able to change any of the options so if anyone else knows how to do it please post a comment.

Yeah, I've read about changing to Team Mode (accidentally) on some forum, but haven't been able to do it myself.

I love these rare fighting game vids! This one is completely new to me even though I playyed their other fighter. It looks really cool with some very atypical characters =)

It's a very rare game so it's pretty cool to finally get the chance to play it. I'd definitely recommend downloading the game and trying it out.

I appreciate you for uploading the MS-DOS version, merlin196. The one character from this game I would like to see converted to MUGEN the most is Hoya. Why? I believe he is the protagonist of the game. But I don't want him to be like Choiyer's Rachael from Konami's Martial Champon, who's sprites, sounds and move set doesn't match her in-game counterpart's.

This game looks much better than Fight Fever. I think the backgrounds look really good, even if they don't animate all that much. Those horses could definitely use a frame or two of animation... creepy.

The backgrounds do look pretty good. I'm sure in the original Neo Geo version there is a lot more background animation. I think the backgrounds look a little better in the 3DO version than on the PC and with more animation.

This looks great!, I like the colourful gfx - my favourite style. Music is good though maybe a bit too relaxing for a fighting game!

I gotta get my hands on this game... I can see it already, we could have a Natasha made for Mugen, and she would have a super combo where she teams up with Jack Turner, and they do a drop kick together on their opponent inbetween them.

Sounds pretty funny! It would be nice to see these characters being added to Mugen. I'm going to try and track down a copy of this game. It might not be all that easy though.
