Love this song, great musicians too. I wish people could just get past the hair thing. Led Zeppelin , black sabbath, you could go on forever . The late 60's, and 70's and 80's were filled with long hair. Because a few bands went overboard with the hairspray , tryin to get noticed, then rest get slammed. It's a real shame . I still have long hair and didn't cut it when fashion was out. I don't follow trends , just good music, and this was a Damn good band .still are

@housemann77 Their first two albums.. let say.. Endangered Species and Leatherwolf were much better than Street Ready imo. They came out as a power metal band and ended like a commercial heavy metal band. Just like Fifth Angel did. They shot themselves in their foot with that direction.

@bravens2173 Crimson Glory... absolutely fantastic, Midnight (R.I.P.) was the best rock singer to ever walk the earth (in my view). It's just a shame the talent isn't the same now, there are some good bands out now but I still prefer my earlier stuff to listen to in the car.

Great band, great song, very nice album. However I like the first two albums overall a bit better, while I find "World Asylum" average.
I saw them live in Greece a few years ago and during the last 30-40 minutes of the show, that were dedicated to their 80s stuff, they were explosive...
This is crazy I never even got the chance to hear this music in the early 90's. It was all Nirvana and White Zombie. So I and the other kids at school just dressed in flannels and stuff. I probly wouldnt have liked this as a kid though, not until I got older was when I realized what good music was.
Love the haunting intro, love the vocal feel and screams, love the spinetinkling solo. Powerful with great feel. This is a metal masterpiece. One of my all-time favourites. BTW the HD version does it more justice.

I saw them at their first show of the release of this album at The Country Club in LA, and they were incredible. They had so much momentum, and then Cobain turned the industry on it's head. LA, and The Sunset Strip quickly became no mans land. ApB

I saw them at their first show of the release of this album at The Country Club in LA, and they were incredible. They had so much momentum, and then Cobain turned the industry on it's head. LA, and The Sunset Strip quickly became no mans land. ApB

hi guys from greece...metal society is very conservative here...leatherwold are f***ing awesome and they are metal...do not support nirvana, smashing pumpkin etc...these guys were the grave for bands like metal church and leatherwolf...support medieval steel,fates warning,queensryche,n.w.o.b.h.m.,and all the rock/metal bands that had feeling, not that miserable nirvana style

Eventhough true Metal is gone,after a 17 year search,i have found some shit pretty close to what we grew up on,nothing melodic like this but there are some Euro/and American powermetal bands that can/and will rock,,bands like Vengeance(back in the ring),DreamEvil,Dreamland,Rob Rock,Edguy,Excalion,Ari Koivunen,Dionysus(Fairytales&Reality),Avian,crystalball,Thunderstone,and Primal Fear.These bands sing and play real melodies without the grunge or grind,and its pretty much 80's all the way folks!

Dude I'm 39 too and this last 16 years of music in the rock world has been pure shit. No other way to phrase it. Our heroes of the day are 50+ years old and can't tour forever. Where have all the guitar heroes gone? Where is the new generation? It is sad what these kids have for "rock music" today. Zilch.
