Yes McCoy was hurt and so was McElroy. Difference is McCoy couldnt even grip the football. Mcelroy only had to hold the ball and let Ingram and Richardson do the work. Texas is not as good against the run as people think and theyre not as bad against the pass as they think. Their is a reason why nobody recruited McElroy in Texas. He cant throw
Everything was going the Longhorns way until our leader went down. As I recall we had a 6-0 lead and the Bama offense couldn't do squat against the UT defense. The so called "dominating defense" of Bama, almost let our freshman quarterback come in and take the title from them.

Yeah we lost, Alabama played well. All im saying is that its a shame that colt didnt get a chance to make the game live up to the hype.

Richardson is FULL of potential and can absolutely be as good or better, but the only thing he lacks in Ingram's great vision. Bama gained 0 yards in the 3rd without him and drove easily in the 2nd and end of 4th with him

Yes and its the same with Gilbert and McCoy, Gilbert has a stronger arm, but McCoy has the experience and ability to read the defence

If you had any knowledge of how football is played then you would know that field position is HUGE! And thats how bama won the game in the first half. They moved the ball with colt. Its really not that hard to comprehend.
And it is an excuse! haha no one is denying that, but at least its a legit one.

sorry alabama won. I was rooting for alabama to win because im a nebraska fan and you guys beat us to get there on an almost missed field goal. We probably would of won the national championsip because our qb is a great runner and doesnt throw over 4 picks in a game.
