almost all open-bolt guns have that problem actually.

It happens because the firing pin is often one with the bolt to make it more simple.This means it will fire as long as the round is carried

into the chamber and the bolt has enough momentum to make the

primer explode because the bolt itself fires the round.

And this can be achieved without pulling the bolt back all the way due to the heavy bolt and the strong recoil-spring that are necessary for

firing stronger bullets.
