  • just saw the commercial for the DVD starring YOU that ryonet is offering. congrats on that...how did that come about if you dont mind my asking?

  • @misterscreenprint Hey, I was going over my videos and realized I had not responded to your comment. I apologize for the LONG delay. The DVD came about from being one of Ryonets bloggers. They made me the offer and I thought I could share my experience of starting a homebased screen printing business. I wanted to show others how easy it was to get started. Ryonet is a GREAT company and I have been blessed to be involved with them. Thanks so much for commenting. :)

  • @theruffside thank you for the videos :)

  • i used a flash dryer - my curing time is 45 to 50 seconds. sometimes i still have problems curing the ink. do you cure yours with a flash dryer? and how much time? also, is there any ink removal or paint removal do you yafter you done curing shirt and realized that it was not registered right.? i have made this 60 shirts and hate to waste some of it because of the error i made. i just wish i can remove the paint lol. GREAT VID. by the way. i copied your folding board . NICE

  • @bolinsapark Hey there...thanks for watching my videos. Glad to hear you copied the folding board. :) I use a flash dryer for curing. My time is 35 seconds. I have done a wash test after curing and the shirts was up great so they must be cured. The time also depends on the type of material, how far from the garment the flash dryer is positioned as well as how many layers of ink you have. If you have a couple layers of white ink it will take longer then one thin layer of black ink.

  • @bolinsapark You can use a flash dryer but i recommend you remove the shirt from the platen and lay on top of the platen the the heat can radiate through the shirt. You can use your electric oven. Hope this helps.
