You know what? There just ain't too many guys faster than Doug, and I know that fast isn't always the "final criteria", but it sure caries some weight in my eyes. This guy can also play great jazz and nice E9th stufff too. He's a "pretty darn good " steel player in my eyes. Marc Trainor.

My dad tells me the story a lot about seeing Doug play this in person in the early 1970's at the Ryman auditorium on the opry.He always says"Doug tore the house down on it".Wish this Video could have been a little bit longer vodtap
