i found out that "no man knows the day or the hour" is one of the names for the feast of trumpets. Jesus was telling us that it will occur on the feast of trumpets which occurs yearly at the sighting of the new moon by two or more priests.

dont forget the context and the authors intensions for writing the books in the bible, never refer to one verse alone, but a context of several verses from the same chapter, you cant pick a single verse and apply it to any given situation, unless your in the same situation as it is, in context of the given situation in the bible ;o)
This is amazing..I am just now getting hip to White Christian music...I love how white ppl worship(no offense) but they just worship without any care about what others think or say about them.. I think God is starting to show me that there is no race in music or kind of music that is better than another cuz it's all going up to him to uplift and glorify his name..Thank you God

@sokoboo Also when Jesus healed someone..the bible said He was moved with compassion for them. God felt compassion for the Israelite in the wilderness. But there is a balance between emotion n logic because God still had to judge them when they did something wrong yet He still had the compassion to receive them back. So yeh I understand ur point..im just saying that there should be a fair balance between both

I felt the heart of God in the hearing of his voice and his face shows adoration for Yahweh, something that is lacking from most praise & worship teams these days (2010). First this man speaks my spiritual name given to me my God. Then this man speaks my heart, for which shocks me to see a man so on fire and connected to God like this these days. I just have not seen this in my personal life. He says the things I have thought and what have been shown me by His Holy Spirit. This man truly walks with God. The one thing that doesn’t make sense to me though is that the sprit in me says, I have looked all my life for someone like this and have never found it.

I recently asked Daddy to show me as directly as possible, what he's REALLY like. He showed me a large tray of brightly glowing coals, so hot you couldn't approach them for the heat. I knew that if you stuck anything combustible near those coals it would burst into flames before it ever touched them. Such heat would surely destroy or refine ANYTHING in its presence.

Great advice! You seem reasonable. There are so many scripural reference to the kind of worship that would make a Stone's Concert see like a kindergarten patty cake session. It has nothing to do with hip or hop, but hallelujah. I nevr like to spectate when I worship. My hands go everywhere, my feet leave the ground, and if I could roll I would.

dont forget the context and the authors intensions for writing the books in the bible, never refer to one verse alone, but a context of several verses from the same chapter, you cant pick a single verse and apply it to any given situation, unless your in the same situation as it is, in context of the given situation in the bible ;o)

wierd thing is, as i understand some of the comments, there is lots of emotional feelings that people rely on when they wanna see if its from God or not. We need songs that worship God, in the acknowledging statement that we're saved, from hell, sin and so on, but more importantly, we're saved from Gods holy wrath! and thats not some waving hands high in a trance or repeating the same sentence 10 times! singin a song is just a tine percent of worship! when worshipping God, we do it with ALL our life, strength, mind, talk, acting, every bit of breath we use, has to be in worship to God, thats what He deserves!

Many people have differen ways to reach out to God Jason Upton is reaching out to God in his own way and others feel the same. Lets say you were a Christian and you made your own song to praise the Lord and t be blunt lets say that your song was fake and cheap and that it well sucked. You would think how could you say that this song was from my heart i wrote it in a way that i could praise God and this is how i reach out to him.
