This is like the character he did in Absolutely. Brilliant stuff. Sparkes is a genius, shame we don't see much of him in the rest of the UK these days.

I'm pretty sure this was originally aired on Welsh channel HTV (ITV1 Wales) around 2001.

Would seem likely that Reeves was doing this sort of thing first. However, Sparkes does it much better (in my opinion).

@ti112200 This character originates from an earlier series than this one, it was called Absolutely and was late 80s early 90s I think.
