  • this guy delivery and strokes are much less relaxed than the first one. prefer to see players with a lot of control and poise when striking.

  • Coach Wang, this is a very nice tutorial and I have learned something that I can try next time I have a chance to play. But I do believe you need something to help you pick up those balls quickly and easily and avoid possible back ache problem. Look for - mypingpongbuddy - the world's best ping pong ball picker upper.
