  • When was this?

  • @gobackto82 i think 2006 but not for sure

  • Actually, Chrissy is related to Rusty. His niece, Mike's daughter.

  • mcmurray is clean as fuck, but i dont know what he was doing here

  • I can't believe this guy is still given a ride. Look at this guy's record, he is horrible! If his name wasn't Andretti, noone would have ever let him drive on the expressway much less in a race car. Out of over 70 starts John Andretti only came up with one win even though he drove for some of the most experienced and successful teams. What a joke! It just goes to show a name can carry someone way? Its too bad much more talented people missed out on a professional carreer.

  • "64 of mcmurray ohhhh"

  • i remember watching this race

  • After hard contact with the wa~ WO HOAH! XD

  • How long did Tim Sauter race?

  • @Monkeyball480 around 7 years from 2001-2008, then he called it quits

  • Quit fighting. Enjoy the video.

  • @kciley and like a hundred wallaces

  • @kciley There's much more Wallace's though! :D

  • @kciley: In the Sprint Cup Series (after 1975), there have been: 3 Allisons, 8 Bakers, 3 Bodines, 3 Bowns, 3 Brooks, 3 Earnhardts, 3 Fishers, 3 Gordons, 3 Greens, 3 Hills, 3 Ingrams, 3 Jarretts, 4 Johnsons, 6 Jones, 3 Kennedys, 3 Keselowskis, 3 McDuffies, 6 Millers, 3 Pearsons, 4 Pettys (5 if you add Lee, we're talking after 1975) 4 Sauters, 6 Smiths, 3 Spencers, 3 Thomas, and 4 Wallaces And that's AFTER 1975, resource is NASCAR.COM.
  • @kciley: In the Nationwide Series now (since 1975): 4 Alexanders, 4 Allens, 4 Allisons, 4 Bakers, 3 Barretts, 3 Bennetts, 5 Bodines, 3 Butlers, 6 Clarks (and 1 Clarke), 3 Copes, 4 Davis, 3 Dillons, 3 Earnhardts, 7 Edwards (including 2 Jrs.) 3 Elliotts, 4 Falks, 3 Foyts, 3 Gibbs, 4 Gordons, 4 Greens, 4 Hendricks (and 1 extra Hendricks), 3 Hillins, 3 Houstons, 3 Huffmans, 3 Jarretts (and 1 Jarret), 3 Jarvis, 9 Johnsons, 6 Jones, 3 Kellys, 3 Labontes, 6 Millers, 3 Moores (to be continued)...
  • @kciley: ...(continued) 3 Sanders, 5 Sauters, 3 Skinners, 4 Smiths, 4 Thompsons, 5 Wallaces, 4 Whites, 3 Woods, and 3 Youngs A lot of brothers, fathers, sons, uncles, nephews, cousins... Families!!! Don't you think? Of course, I don't think that e.g. Chrissy Wallace is related to Rusty Wallace. Or that Tina Gordon is related to Robby Gordon, or Jeff Gordon. There are also these situations... But overall a LOT of families!!!
  • @kciley

    Sauters = Johnny, Tim, Jay

    Bodines = Geoff, Todd, Brett

    oh and don't get started on the wallaces

  • @kciley and they all suck too lol

  • john andretti is one of my favs. i wish he was still in the sprint cup series

  • he has a ride for part of the 09 season

  • Sorry, I meant "broadcasts", not "broacasts".

  • Fox needs to broadcast the Nationwide races again, ESPN is ruining it!

  • Oh yeah, ESPN used to be awesome and Jerry Punch has one of the greatest Tv voices ever, it's just the sound quality on their broacasts that ruines it for me.

  • I agree

  • thats pimp

  • indyfan22k...I love open wheel racing and im not that big of a fan of nascar. do i go on every nascar vid sayin that it sucks? No. Get a life, and fuck off.

  • alot of IRL guys are finding a home in NASCAR

    that should tell you which is the better brand

    IRL = Incomes Really Low

  • you're boring. you say the same thing over and over.

  • VERY HARD HIT

  • HARD HIT!!

  • i like that big crash

  • The speed was obviously much slower, but the second impact was eerily reminiscent of the Zanardi/Tagliani CART wreck at Germany in 2001. Glad both drivers were unharmed in this one.

  • Ha, that kiss his roof flaps comment made me laugh.

    There are not any race fans in Vegas. I don't understand why they even built a track there.

    Dang, that boy just doesn't like to use the brake peddle.

    I thought he was knocked-out when the car kept rolling back onto the pit road without any sign of him pressing the brakes.

    I guess he and the brake peddle were not on good terms at this point of the race.

  • If there are not any race fans, then who is at the track every time they have a race there? And how was the city able to produce two Nextel Cup drivers, one a champion?

  • john should kiss his roff flaps every night before he goes to bed

  • Okay, let me explain what happened. Mcmurrary got Andretti's rear wheels off the track, this was the 2006 Busch Series race, and Sauter was slowing down, and Andretti was coming back down the track and Sauter did not have enough time to react

  • man i was at this race. LAS VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY is my hometown track.boy was i yelling at mcmurray for wrecking him

  • Awesome!

  • why is there bumpdrafting at tracks shorter than Daytona and the other big tracks

  • hey i remember that wreck! i forgot all about it

  • It is scary, and they do explain sort of why Tim Suater didn't slow down so much.

  • Was this before they froze the field and could still race back to the caution, or did Tim just not have time to slow down?

  • Jamie McMurray is an idiot

  • I was at this race. That was definitely a scary wreck to see!
