  • this looks like a movie !!

  • I just got this game yesterday, and it makes me feel like a God

  • Best Combination of POSSIBLE stealth and Combat. Most people dont get that if youre having the will to youre deffinetly able to stealth just put it on realistic and you will see.

  • Dam sam is a beast

  • 1:00, Bill Gates gets killed?

  • most epic kick ass trailer ever!

  • The Fisher Identity. This game sooooooooooooooo rocks!

  • 0:50 they even said it in the trailer. "The Sam Fisher you know, is dead". We saw Sam as a stealth assassin. Not any more. I love it.

  • And why the hell its not coming on PS3????? :(

  • that my pops

  • tom clancy games always have badass trailers

this one is the best of them

  • this guy is ezzio, and jack bauer combined

  • They should make a movie out of this game!!!

  • @stephenpawn yeah they should make a movie out of the game but for the time being, you should watch the bourne movies it's kick ass!

  • @stephenpawn There's a movie coming out in 2013!!

  • the only cool game from xbox

  • What happens next is up to up to you!

  • Jason Bourne?

  • SIMPLY:;:COPY:';&;:`PASTE:.'

    SIMPLY.':COPY`,:&`',PASTE.``

  • Chaos theory was the peak of the series, it had everything that made splintercell splintercell. without any real excess crap. double agent was very close, but had some technical issues that really spoiled it for me. likewise the dual loyalty mechanic was fun, but kinda excess for me. wasn't really what SC was about.

Conviction was fun, but it wasn't splinter cell. it's just set in the same universe with the same characters.

  • I'm curious where the franchise can go after this, the game didn't exactly leave it open for a sequel.

  • @charmander4533 "Sam Fisher was the first Splinter Cell." There are others, perhaps?

  • the game is more about sams solution to his suffering thats why theres not alot of stealth

  • @lolhz there is alot of stealth, but its been made so you don't NEED to be stealthy

  • @lolhz its not that there isnt stealth, its that there is a choice for the first time in the series to go loud if you want to, get detected, and not fail the mission. you can still be the stealth elitist if you want and reload every checkpoint if you get detected but honestly that kind of gameplay only appeals to a small group of people. theyve just added another option to the game by letting you go in guns blazing they havent really taken anything away except moving bodies

  • @lolhz theres still a lot of stealth, if you choose to use it

  • it iz cuz if you want to complete mission stealthy just dont kill anyone

  • This is definitely the best game in the series...screw to people who keep complaining about how stealth is dead in this game!!

  • @eHanHz damn right ive played all the Splinter Cells on ps2 and there fukin awesoem i think this is the first SPlinter Cell on ps3 and, ive just found out, im gonna buy it

  • Those Splinter Cell Agents at the end look more badass in this trailer than the final game. :(

  • whats this for a song????

  • The trailer is much better than the game

  • Epicccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc

  • I love this game! í can play it again and again in a new way :)! i defintley recomend this game!

  • Hey guys. Just FYI Reed wouldn't have been the Next President. In fact a government position like that would never be in the chain in command.

The VP would have been the Next POTUS and on top of that he was in Mageotos(Spelling?) pocket

  • @ReconandRendition megiddo i think

  • @jellybellydeli: no, actually in the game at the beggining Sam is TRYING to find the truth about what HAPPEND to his daughter, along the way he finds out his daughter is still alive and within the mix unravels shit Tom Reed is trying to do (detonate emp bombs around the city, kill the president and make it look like Sam did it and that his men saved the day so hell get a big promotion, and to kill Sam) Reed doesnt want to be the dam president. If you were a true splinter cell fan youd know that.

  • can you guys help me to figure out this song that is played in this video

  • Splinter Cell: Conviction rocks! i feel bad for the seven people who don't like this sam fisher is coming for you!

  • 7 people will die by Fisher's Mark and Execute abilitie...

  • omg this storyline would be a perfect movie

  • @deane2021 defiantly man, they waste so much time trying to make other games movies like....prince of Persia and HALO ( im not saying they were bad movies or would have been bad movies) But shit man, how epic would this game make as a movie.

  • @deane2021 it is a movie its called Taken that movie is basically this game

  • @MrSuzukirida holy shit, i thought the same thing!

Liam Neeson in that movie acted EXACTLY like Sam in the game!

Nonetheless, this game was beyond excellent xD

  • @MrSuzukirida

Umm, no. It isn't. Sam isn't out to find his daughter. SPOILER!!!!!!! He's out to stop Reed from taking over the White House and becoming President. Sam thought his daughter was dead, and yeah, he wants to get her back, but it isn't just about going to Paris and killing some sex traffickers.

  • @JellyBellyDeli Lol sex traffickers? Dude the whole game is based on him wanting to find his daughter. That's his whole drive throughout the game. Then he uncovers the plot about Tom Reed, and is stuck because Grim has Sarah. He didnt want to uncover the thing because all he wanted to do is find his Daughter.

  • love this game all too much..... ALL too much... He should be like number one bad-ass video game characters!!!

  • I like how when he spartan kicks that dude in the actual game haha its badass

  • such a beautifull game, i played it and finished it, awesome graphics, awesome gameplay, awesome stuff, awesome stroyline, awesome game...

  • Too Bad this won't come out on PS3...."tears"

  • @splintshell what? you mean this game splinter cell conviction is not on ps3? i hope ur joking :/

  • @splintshell it WILL...! have faith! ;) it should be annonced at this years E3

  • @splintshell i thought it did?

  • sweet

  • will there come a movie?

  • @XTORD1 Soon. I'm writing my own script to see if Paramount will except it and I'm doing my own films so Hopefully I can direct it too. I am the number 1 splinter cell fan and I wouldn't let any fan down.

  • @XTORD1 They were making a movie about a few years ago i think dont remember anyway the people they were doing it with ended up getting bought out and we havent heard anything since

  • best game i've played so far.

  • wow.. i think i like that game.. i will buy it

  • Yeah, this game is different, but I thought it was more similar than people say. In conviction you use stealth to plan attacks on larger numbers of guards, and it works beautifully. True, you can't go the whole game without taking a shot, but you couldn't do that in splinter cell 1 either. You had to shoot a camera or a light eventually. They're all stealth games, they just use stealth to facilitate different goals.

  • i've heard that song before what is it called

  • @arnie240

    Preliator

  • PreDiator

  • DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!! U WILL PAY TO LOOK AT ERROR MSG!!!! and dont even try to think to play online, you have to wait about 30 mins to get connected and see error msg :) UBISHlT gave us beta version of the game to play. This is not Splinter Cell any more, this is my as$ in chocolate. If u r about to buy the game, prepare vaseline to let UBI tards fck u even smother :) they locked my account on forum to dont let me tell the truth to ppl xD if u dont belive me check UBI forums!!! ppl r angry!!

  • @WrathOfSouls Umm.... I bought this game and is perfect on online, never gave me an error message...

and I know it is very different from previous Splinter Cell games, but it's still very good

  • @MrRainpe I dont like it as an Splinter cell game, but i like it as an shooter. Its very good made, but at Conviciot u cant hide in the shadows and have to watch out for cams(only in the level "NSA Headquarters, or CIA Headquarters) u cant go straight the level without killing and knocking

  • Meh, looks overdone

  • @KisameSouth

    you look over done?

what do you mean by that?

  • @thehigherdrake It's not a riddle, it means what it means. It's only personal opinion so don't take it the wrong way. I loved Splinter Cell up until double agent which didn't really have that feel that 2 and chaos theory had.

  • The Song is called Preliator. Thanks NubbiestN00b a couple pages back.

  • what happens next is up to you \m/

  • @guigui880 11 hours is quite long, i finished this quick

  • Why did ubisoft use this footage.. This is not in the game..

  • @Jonjackingarcia E3 is like... awesome game stuff!

  • @Jonjackingarcia All they needed to do was get you to buy it, doesnt matter if it was gameplay

  • @Jonjackingarcia

this is even before Ubi got a clear and precise storyline.

Just to make stuff dramatic, they used 24

  • can´t wait

  • Just 7 DAYS left whoaaaa

  • huh no?

  • That wasnt Lambert, he died in DA, they r going off of when Sam killed him

  • Lambert is like "You can't stop him Nobody Can!"

  • Isn't that Victor Coste?

  • the coolest version of Splinter Cell, like a modern assassin :X:X:X

  • he kept the goggles and the sticky cam, what more do you need really ? I don't know about you, but that's all I need.

  • every fuckin time i watch this i still get fuckin chicken skin

  • 1:34 why would you need night vision in a well lit area...are sam's enemies blind or something?

  • what happens next is up to you....lmao

  • No one ever seems to really figure out these games are following a storyline...either way. I can't stop watching this frickin' commercial, I'm in complete love with it.

  • it dosen't seem like that is the same sam fisher i'v known all these years

  • ubisoft is too stupid for workin on the old, nice and good splinter cells. they just want more fans - more money. i hope they get bust with this game.

i want the old splinter cell back!

  • @Fr13d3r

It follows the storyline bro, even if it is for more money, it's still following a set storyline. It's not like they're making it completely random like some games do.

  • @MarcFirewing2:

i think u are right.. but its a completly new game. with a old story. and splinter cell was an unique...

they could make this game with new features and old gameplay. but this is unnecessary brutal and too fast.

  • @Fr13d3r You have to capture someone's personality as you go along with the story, someone's daughter dies and he wants to find out why, he's gonna give unnecessarily brutality. The old gameplay can't be done because he left Third Echelon, and since that, he wouldn't have the gadgets that'd keep him alive. You can still play the game that way, that's how the developers made it, it's really up to you. You can still play both ways.

  • @MarcFirewing2:

but they could use old interface gameplay usw. ....

    i hate ubisoft.

  • @Fr13d3r.

    ...

They still have the old interface, I mean sure, the HUD doesn't look the same or anything, it's just more improved and Sam is much more violent. The only thing you really can't do is move bodies once you've knocked them out.

  • @MarcFirewing2 okay.. but this game was a unique. now there are 1747206 games like splinter cell (conviction).

"Silence is your first weapon, the gun your last"

  • @Fr13d3r

    ???????

People need to get their sentences straight.

Splinter Cell Conviction hasn't been released yet. So there can't be games like it. x_x Dude you're not really complaining about anything anymore.

  • @MarcFirewing2 ay okay... thats my view. you have another one.

  • i love the splinter cell series. it wasn't popular till double agent

  • Double Agent was the worst in the series. I didn't find it fun at all.

  • yeah gotta agree on that one. i think pandora tommorow was my fave cause his missions we pretty sweet. but the first one was awesome too. its fucking long, thats whats good about it. i still look back on chaos theory and it says there is gonna be a movie, but it never came out : /

  • @supercellGP I love the first two games the best(still working on beating Pandora Tommorow). Chaos Theory was fun and added some much needed variety to Sam's abilities and equipment, but I enjoyed it less for some reason. Double Agent was so boring, that I couldn't finish it. Now I need a 360 to play this next game.

  • double agent took kinda took aways sams' personality. i hope they don't screw up the next one

  • Comment removed

  • I liked DA and I will probably like conviction too, but chaos theory was just AWESOME

  • @Edtehead i totally agree, chaos theory was badass

  • i will love this splinter cell anyway =D

i have all of them and i will have every splinter cell that would comes out xD

    splinter cell great fan xD

the story change a lot but it will be just great anyway, they had to change a little, just always the same game would be a shit

  • Are you an idiot Savior20061? Read the coment bellow yours and you will understand.

  • What song is Sam playing on the piano throughout most of the trailer? It sound's really familiar, if someone can tell me, that would be great.

  • wow

  • Jesus Christ what's wrong with you idiots? This shit ain't Splinter Cell!

  • @Savior20061 The game transform with needs of market. They cant do "the same" Splinter Cell allover again. Like Ptince of Persia - each part - Different gameplay

  • The second Prince of Persia for the PS2, Gamecube, and Xbox tried appealing to the mainstream market. They did this by putting in blood, much more violence, and far fewer puzzles. As a result, the critics liked it less.

Same thing here. Except Splinter Cell was a stealth game. Now it isn't. The only thing "the market needs" is keep their Halo 3 and MW2 in their asses where they belong and leave the niche games alone.

  • better example of prince of persia to compare first 3 parts (sands of time, warrior within, two thrones) to lsat "Prince" which is cartoon and more platform then action battles or quests. So "Conviction" is can be compared to all previous pats of Splinter Cell, so it may find new people who was never played SC and some 'old' fans of SC will play in it. Its hard to say bad it or good for SC - its just different (another example is Resident evil which is start different from RE4)

  • @Savior20061 Sorry to inform you but this is the new Splinter Cell coming out next month

  • @7zige not no more it has been delayed back until April. If you dont believe me look it up on gamestop. FUCK YOU UBISOFT!!!!!!!!!

  • @nrothmeier Yeah I just got that news also...First it was for 3 years now it's for 2 months again...

  • lol

    check and pause at 0:51

the guy Sam Fisher has his gun 2 looks just like Jack Bower!!!

  • If Jack was 20 years older, then yeah I guess he would look like that.

  • Makes me regret that I don't have 360. Why do Sony and Microsoft have to be such bastards to eachother?!

  • no fucking kidding. this shit drives me nuts. i hate how they pull this shit, who wants to buy a whole other console to play?? nobody

  • Yh exactly, it's unfair on the customers.

  • who said anything about hiding

  • lambert is dead because sam admits that he killed lambert in splinter cell essentials at last

  • This game sounds like it is a movie :)

  • Sam Fisher reminds me a lot of Jason Bourne
