Guys try raw african black soap. It works soooooo welll for acne, but any skin type can use it. Do your research on it and you'll be amazed... AND its NATURAL. Let me know what happens.

I have been using acnefree severe and it can be purchased at walmart, walgreens or any other drug store. Be sure to buy an oil free moisturizer as well to help with dryness. the moisturizer does not come with the kit, it's seperate. I use the neutragena oil free mositure with spf 15. It works!!! research it. try it for 1 month and you will see. Good luck

the only thing i suggest to you once you go on accutane is to moisturize moisturize moisturize. it makes your skin extremely dry especially your lips so always make sure you have some sort of vaseline, beeswax, or carmax on you to put on your lips.

Don't worry about it sweet heart! I have the same thing! I get little acne bumps all over my forehead and on my cheeks. I hate washing my makeup off at night because I see what my face actually looks like. But I know it looks worse to you than it does to other people. Hang in there!

I had been on so many drugs, but no i'm on birth control and isotretinoin. Just research vitamin b-5 on acne. When you are ready to purchase just google in "Vitacure" and go to their site. I wouldnt buy B-5 from these local stores like gnc, vitamin shoppe etc... because their b5 quality is quite low compared to the vita-cure brand.

Anyway, I'm 16 and I have a bunch of acne on my face, I've tried OXY, Clean and Clear, and Clearasil, So far OXY and Clearasil haven't worked. Clean and Clear feels like it works but I haven't really noticed a difference. So I still have acne.
Oh i know the troubles with acne all too well. That's crazy..have a baby just to have clear skin..NO WAY. I'm using Clinique now, it worked in the past, let's hope it does this time. And I agree...You are beautiful!
wow your story and mine are so alike. I was a junior in college this year as well and have been struggling with acne since late 6th grade. Ive kinda just dealt with it in the past few years but last spring and this spring i have had some severe pain in my pelvic area, and missed periods. I thought it was ovarian cysts, but my doctor has concluded that i just have crazy hormones and so ive been prescribed yaz to regulate them and picked it up today, and i cant wait to see it help my acne too!

How long have you been off the accutane? About 6 months after I stopped, I started breaking out again...I don't think I have experienced any long term side effects though.
I used proactive too before when i was in the 10th or 11th grade..I forgot if I already told you that but anyway it didn't work for me either.lol..it just made my bumps glow.lol.

proactiv does not work at all! You will never cure your acne by washing your face and using topical treatments....don't be fooled.
Until you change your diet you will struggle with acne.
I cured my acne by following the "Acne Cured" program., you can GOOGLE it...

I have the worst acne in my country for my age. Ever. And they are laughing at me. I always ask this question. What is the POINT of having acne, and shit comin out of your face?

Well i think there is No point ofit,, but the cause of acne is because the durt of ur blood needs 2 get out somehow,, and then you get pimples or whatever:p

i went to my family doctor and she told me to use accutane but i havent tried anything else then like stuff at the store and i havent visited a dermatologist first do u think i should use this?

my skin is a little better then urs, but i have tried everything even minnocycline, and lots of topical application, but none of that works, so my dr has decided to put me on accutane, so u see, even tho its not very bad, it still didnt work to be on all those things........it sucks:(

i went also to a doctor and they gave me a lots of gels, capsules for my acne and none of them worked. so my doctor deided to give me this accutane too..

they havent put me on it yet, he wants to wait for another two weeks before he puts me on accutane,and since im going away for 6 weeks so he wants to wait, cuz u have to get blood work done too......i heard its wonderful,but ive also heard that u get depressed when ur on it, gosh i cant wait til i get rid of it :)

the only thing i suggest to you once you go on accutane is to moisturize moisturize moisturize. it makes your skin extremely dry especially your lips so always make sure you have some sort of vaseline, beeswax, or carmax on you to put on your lips.

i;m surprised the dermatologist even put u on acutance.. your acne is not severe.. u should be on doryx,minnocycle, or some other acne medicine... too many people ( especially women) want accutance right off the bat, becasue they think its a clear all, save all drug, yes it's a good drug, but it,s for severe acne... p;m not hating my sistaH, JUST TELLING it like it is ... your skin is not severe enough for acne... obama baby

when i was 13 i had VERY bad cystic acne. not knowing how to get rid of it i picked at and now i have little scars and bigger pores. many types of acne will give you scaring but cystic acne is by far the worst when it comes to scaring. my parents keep on sayin its not that bad and i keep telling them their full of shit

ino the feelin, am 13 its all over my forehead and cheeks nd chin, ive tryed clearasel , panoxyl all tht nd it dusnt work, iv found that keeping of sweets and fizzy drinks & just drink water helps fade them abit.

keep your head up girl. I am in your same boat. People make little comments but my beauty outways my flaws but the bumps and marks still make me feel ugly sometimes. I am in search of a treatment plan that does not involve pills or oral antibotics. but regular products that I could use everyday.

Don't worry about it sweet heart! I have the same thing! I get little acne bumps all over my forehead and on my cheeks. I hate washing my makeup off at night because I see what my face actually looks like. But I know it looks worse to you than it does to other people. Hang in there!

I love you so much for posting this! I'm 16, and well, myskin is just a little bit worse than how yours is now. But it used to be AWFUL. I had been on so many drugs, but no i'm on birth control and isotretinoin. I have acne all over my back and chest, too. it's showing no improovement on my back or chest, but on my face, it's finally clearing. the only bad thing is i'm now clinically depressed, and i've only been on it a month! so the pills just build up

in the 6th grade i had clear skin girls were all on me,& in 7th grade i started breaking out but not much i really didnt pay mind to it cuz i had no idea how bad acne was,when i got to the 8th grade that was the most deppresin year of my life,it was the worst,girls& guys constantly made fun of my face there wasnt one day that they didnt make fun of me i cried sometimes,in school im super quiet cuz of acne now & i havent had a girl since 7th grade & im 17 in my last year of HS acne is the worst

just about 20. :D. yeah im getting ready to leave for the Navy and they dont allow face wash or anything in boot camp. that's two months. hopefully my face doesnt go psycho on me. and the guys u see with the girls arent getting the girls cuz they have clear faces, it's cuz they are trying. u may ask out a girl and she could even be like NO WAY. big deal. its actually a good thing. cuz now u just rooted her out and are one step closer to the girl of ur dreams :). it WILL happen

i though acne stop coming out like when your 18 because thats when the hormones calm dowm, because my acne has stopped coming out,maybe just one or two come out but not like b4 where i use to wake up one morning with like 5more pimples than the day b4.does anyone in your family have acne?? because my mom has,& i think thats why i got acne!do you have to go man to that navy thing? cause trust me you r face is going to be irritated,plus you going to be in the sun alot.

lol i dont HAVE to go, but i wanna. even if my face goes psychotic, which it probably will. i've been training to be a rescue swimmer for a while now, theres no turning back i want it too much. yeah my dad had acne really bad when he was younger. from things i have read it is definitely genetic. i went for like a year and a half without acne then all of a sudden now its breaking out again. but i have a date this sunday, i promise. i told her about how im embarassed and it doesnt bother her :D

Just research vitamin b-5 on acne. When you are ready to purchase just google in "Vitacure" and go to their site. I wouldnt buy B-5 from these local stores like gnc, vitamin shoppe etc... because their b5 quality is quite low compared to the vita-cure brand.

Wow you look good. I'm like the same complexion you are. Maybe a bit lighter depends on the time of year. Anyway, I'm 16 and I have a bunch of acne on my face, I've tried OXY, Clean and Clear, and Clearasil, So far OXY and Clearasil haven't worked. Clean and Clear feels like it works but I haven't really noticed a difference. So I still have acne.
So thats my story.

wow your story and mine are so alike. I was a junior in college this year as well and have been struggling with acne since late 6th grade. Ive kinda just dealt with it in the past few years but last spring and this spring i have had some severe pain in my pelvic area, and missed periods. I thought it was ovarian cysts, but my doctor has concluded that i just have crazy hormones and so ive been prescribed yaz to regulate them and picked it up today, and i cant wait to see it help my acne too!

Wow. Good luck with everything. That's thing, I never had the severe pelvic pain, nor irregular periods, which is so odd. Please keep me updated about how you respond to Yaz the first few weeks. I am on the tail end of my first month, and it has been interesting to say the least.

hey! my dermatologist put me on accutane.
thankfully, it worked great with me.
but i still suffer from a side-effect.
the hair pulling (or Trichotillomania) ;/
it's not one of the more common side effects.
thankfully i don't suffer from a severe case of it, like i'm not going bald yet. lol. but i wish i didn't have it at all :O at the time, i didnt know that was one of the possible side effects. i just found out, after doing a bit of research, this year..

How long have you been off the accutane? About 6 months after I stopped, I started breaking out again...I don't think I have experienced any long term side effects though.
