Well, because they arent really "there lol but you can still use them like any other pokemon you have. a good way to get credit for having them is to catch a ditto, and breed them with that ditto at the daycare. you will get an egg and that egg will be the starter you bred ditto with : ) and you will get the dex cred. good luck! :3

@teswolf919 you gotta switch the battery in the Pokemon game, cause the old battery has dried out, therefore the clock and saving won't work. there's plenty of videos on youtube on how to fix this.

@12popcorn12 all you need to do is go to a poke center. Go on the computer, select bill's PC, and deposit the pokemon. Then switch boxes (where it tells you to save) and turn it off immediately after it says "SAVING" it should work. Just make sure you save somewhere else before you get that first pokemon.

no i dont think it does its just ur game doesnt save all the way so it just goes back to the last save spot which in this is b4 u pick the starter pokemon, thisll work if u dont save through the process like it says

The only odd thing that happens is that the two "glitched" starters won't show up in your Pokedex until they evolve.

HE USED VISUAL BOY ADVANCE FOR THIS it comes with a game shark built into the program just type the code 0100BAD7 into the game shark and you can just keep picking the starters so much simpler

I use Visual Boy Advance to play the game. I press Ctrl + R to reboot the game.

If you use GBA, you can press A,B,Start,Select immediately to reboot the game.

If you use GameBoy, you can turn off the power and then turn it on.
