theres a mission you have to do before you can do the mission to get the HQ, once youve got some key points int erms of race relations, money, etc... youll do the hub mission, you can find it in boron space, look for mahi ma
dude i just realised something. those white ships and stations look awfully terran to me. i'm guessing some sort of terran elite? only time will tell....

yea who knows! but they look badass, almsot like they have the storm trooper armor.
but if they are terrans i definently know what my fleets going to be made of.
