Unbeknown to the world, Yuzo Kayama was one of the most talented men Japan ever produced. He wrote and sang tens of dozens of hit songs, and wrote and conducted a few synphonies as well. His interest covers a range of subjects including astronomy while he was an excellent surfer, skiier, and skipper (on his own yacht). This song is not particularly well written with little rhyme, but at least very original by the then Japanese standard.

Yuzo's movies were not scorned as mid-60's Elvis movies. Probably he is one of Japan's forerunning singer/songwriters and most of the movie songs were self-composed.

@bibitan100 I agree with you. His movies are almost same as Elvis movie. It's very similar story so. I often watched his live when he perform with CM concert in Tokyo.

And his song's lilics wrote by Ms. Tokiko Iwatani who was Ms.Fubuki Koshiji as Edit Piaf(?)in Japan. They are my Mom's friend so, I know that.
