I think Chrono Trigger would have only truly worked for the SNES.. It came before the consoles that focused more on graphics rather than gameplay, and came after the consoles that, although were the parents of great games, were restricted on what they could look like. SNES was a good balance of looks and gameplay, imo, and that's why it will always be the best console in my book.

Every time he was about to kill somebody with Dark Spell, I opened my savestate back up and tried performing diffrent actions. It took awhile, but I finnaly finished. His second form was the worst boss in RPG history I ever saw!!!! I heard there was a rumor that the SNT never beat the last boss. SNT always makes terrible RPGs.
I cannot beat it also. Keep savestating and do not let Marle and Crono die. If he uses a Dark Spell on Crono, immediately heal him, on others reload. Also, use magic only.
I myself cannot beat it due to the really hard bossfight versus Mowang. One hit by his Dark Spell kills Marle and Frog. And it gets stronger in his "second form"... the rom itself isn't having another name.
A one hit KO? That is the dumbest programing ever. I'm suprised this dosen't have a name in chinese like the Golden Sun bootleg I'm trying to beat at the moment.
I also attempted to beat the Yu Gi Oh bootleg, but had no clue how to get to diffrent areas of the building. LOL. I agree Golden Sun's music is far too happy. It plays throughout the entire game!!!
Ahh, the old sounds of a PIRATED GAME! Of course, made by our favorite people, who I forget their name. Either way, sounds EXTREMELY similar to the Pokemon Pirates. Like, same sounds, chat bar, Uhh, characters look edited to be larger. But I can see this being a WEIRD remodel of Pokemon by graphics. Of course, I don't know a thing bout Chrono Trigger. :D And I said that about a comparison to Pokemon. Either way, nice.

I had 99 items that healed 200 health
and 85 items that healed 500 health.

Pretty good music for a pirate, the Chrono Trigger tracks are actually quite decent for a pirate game.
